NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 2, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 006269 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY R LEBLANC, MARY A LEBLANC, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA JENNIFER CLEMENTS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ROBERT EVANS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of June, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 16453 & 16454, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 62, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 39, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
