BARBOUR; ROBERT BARBOUR JR; JENNIAN A. BAILEY; DIRECT MORTGAGE WHOLESALE CORP. F/K/A DIRECT MORTGAGE CORP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
