NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 27th day of June 2013, at 9:00am at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 1, STRATHMORE VILLA SOUTH CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 698, Pages 468 through 501, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in condominium plat Book 2, Pages 22 and 22a, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
