Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 013201 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and NEIL P. PRESCOTT, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 16359 AND 16360, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 62, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
