NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 582009CA0007670000NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA, is the Plaintiff and Holly A. Rex; Edward L. Rex, Jr.; John Doe, N/K/A Greg Mercer ; Jane Doe, N/K/A Becky Mercer ; and Joseph, Laumann, Esq., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1517, 30TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 PAGES 14, 14A THRU 14Q OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
