NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2011-CA-002514-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and CLAY WALLACE A/K/A CLAYTON WALLACE A/K/A CLAY ANTHONY WALLACE A/K/A CLAYTON ANTHONY WALLACE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 06/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 4, ALL OF LOT 5, AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF BEE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE EAST 18 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO SARASOTA COUNTY BY WARRANTY DEED DATED OCTOBER 9TH, 1986 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1901, PAGE 1940, OF SAID RECORDS.
