NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 014022 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and JOANNE RYAN; JOHN RYAN; ST. ARMANDS TOWERS ASSOCIATION INC; WACHOVIA BANK NA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 86, ST. ARMANDS TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 769, PAGES 482 TO 514, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 32, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
