NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006168 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and STEVEN F. LUKSHA A/K/A STEVE F. LUKSHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN F. LUKSHA A/K/A STEVE F. LUKSHA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 367, 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
