Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-005714-SC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and Lawrence M Bequette, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 29, BLOCK 64, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISON, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 32, 32A THROUGH 32H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
