GONZALEZ A/K/A MARTIN GONZALEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 85 FEET OF LOTS 14 & 15, BLOCK A, SUNILAND SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 2731, PAGE 1
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
