Unit 12-A, SUMMERSIDE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1435, Page 1527 and as amended, and per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 35 of the Public Records of Sarasota
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 06/27/2013. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
