NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004244 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and RALPH VITALE; PAMELA J. VITALE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JESSICA VITALE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ALEXANDRA VITALE; WACHOVIA BANK, NA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, COUNTRY CREEK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 43,43A THROUGH 43D OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
