NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005944 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER DIANE WEST A/K/A JENNIFER D. WEST A/K/A JENNIFER WEST; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; PASSER, INC. D/B/A SERVPRO OF NORTH SARASOTA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC F/K/A LAND ROVER CAPITAL GROUP; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; RICHARDS POOL MANAGEMENT; OAKS CLUBSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; OAKS CLUB CORPORATION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2; STEVEN R. ZOERNACK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 236, OAKS II, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 20G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
