NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003813 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and COLLEEN K. HUGHES; VILLAGE GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC (OF SARASOTA) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 1, OF VILLAGE GREEN CLUB ESTATES UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
