NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA009111NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MARILYN J. PARKHURST; SARASOTA VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; M. WANDA PARKHURST AS APPOINTED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARILYN J PARKHURST; M. WANDA PARKHURST; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 36, VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1302, PAGE 1441, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 28, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
