NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007079 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and KEVIN JANSCH; KIMBERLY JANSCH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DYLAN JANSCH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 166, VENICE FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 179, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
