NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006977 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and CLARE M KAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARE M KAY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A portion of Lot 18, according to the Plat of “THE HARTER SUBDIVISION,” as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 84 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 18; thence S. 89°24'42” W., along the southerly line of said Lot 18 and along the northerly right of way line of Lewis Street (a 40 foot wide public right of way) a distance of 45 feet to the intersection with the existing northeasterly right of way line of Old Englewood Road (a 75 foot public right of way); thence N. 34°44'03” W., along a line 7.00 northeasterly of and parallel with the original right of way line of Old Englewood Road and along said existing right of way line of Old Englewood Road, a distance of 133.28 feet; thence S. 83°58'12” E, a distance of 121.61 feet to the intersection with the westerly right of way line of Olive Street, (a 40 foot wide public right of way); thence south, along said westerly right of way line of Olive Street and along the easterly line of said Lot 18, a distance of 96.29 feet to the point of beginning and containing 8,305 square feet, more or less.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
