NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014359 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and BRENTNER M. BOOKWALTER; JENNIFER M. BOOKWALTER; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A DARREN METZ; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A SANDRA RYAN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 982, 22ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 10, 10A THROUGH 10J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
