Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012 CA 006463 NC on May 17, 2013 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 207D, SORRENTO PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1021, Pages 774 through 834, and Amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Page 11, 11A and 11B, and amended in Condominium Book 14, Pages 32, 32A and 32B of Condominium Book 20, Pages 3, 3A and 3B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 21, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
