NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011973 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALBERT KHLEIF A/K/A ALBERT B. KHLEIF; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT KHLEIF A/K/A ALBERT B. KHLEIF; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7531 BERWICK LAND TRUST U/T/D 6/3/2005; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
