NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 010903 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 71 ABALONE LAND TRUST U/T/D 8/19/05 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 71 ABALONE LAND TRUST U/T/D 8/19/05; ALBERT B. KHLEIF; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT B KHLEIF (NAME REFUSED); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DENISE GILLISPIE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 3647 AND 3648, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 12 AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
