NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 011635 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, F/K/A AH MORTGAGE ACQUISTION CO., INC., is the Plaintiff and TAMARA BLIDCHENKO; VIKTOR BLIDCHENKO; FIRST STATE BANK; KINSINGTON OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF KENSINGTON OAKS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
