NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007115 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R7, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY, 2004, is the Plaintiff and EDGAR E. BERUBE; LEONA M. BERUBE; HARBOR ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
