NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 005367 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and QUYEN PHAN; TUHANG PHAN; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 429 OF 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE(S) 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
