Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-009127-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 27th day of June, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 14, BUILDING 23, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO.2005281688, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
