NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001895 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Capital Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, v. Tracy L Hiney, a married woman, and Wimbledon Industrial Condominiums Association Inc., the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 5, Wimbledon Industrial Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1683, Page 122, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Book 22, Page 27, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
