Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-005357-NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and FAITH KIBLER A/K/A FAITH A. KIBLER, INDIVIDUALFAITH KIBLER a/k/a FAITH A. KIBLER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE RASMUSSEN-KIBLER LIVING TRUST DATED DECEMBER 3, 2009, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 8-202, PARKRIDGE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded as Instrument No. 2004046838, and any amendments and/or supplemental declarations thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 26th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
