Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 007097 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A THOMAS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 1659, 33rd Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 17, 17A through 17N, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
