NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007016 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSORS BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOHN B. MCKESSON; DENISE R. MCKESSON; SUNTRUST BANK; JANE DOE N/K/A SUSAN SLACK; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHN SLACK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17490, 17491, 17492, 17493 AND 17494, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 65, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
