NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006979 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and PATRICK W HUGHES; MARCINA HUGHES A/K/A MARCINA A. HUGHES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCINA HUGHES A/K/A MARCINA A. HUGHES; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, CEDAR HOLLOW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
