LOT 34, BLOCK 896, 20TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 8, 8A-8K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
