NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-009708 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFMBS 2004-DD is the Plaintiff and DOROTHY A. GIBSON A/K/A DOROTHY GIBSON; WILLIAM J. GIRARDIN; GERALDINE S. GIRARDIN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ONEWEST BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE MANGROVES ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN FAVARA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DANIELLE FAVARA N/K/A DANIELLE FAVARA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
