Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of July, 2013, those certain parcels of real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 119, Less the Westerly 1000 feet thereof and the Easterly 420 feet of Lot 120 Sarabay Acres, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 62, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and
Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block A, Belair Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 42, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Less and except right of way for Old Venice Road
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
