NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-057199 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and BRAD RHODES; TAMMY RHODES; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SHARLYNE RHODES, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 SHAWNN RHODES, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 21, OF UNIT 4, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
