Notice is given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, on June 19, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter at www.lee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
