Final Judgment was awarded on September 3, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-053549, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AF1, is the Plaintiff, and ALBERTO F. HALL; BERNADETTE LOPEZ-HALL.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on this 21 day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28 THRU 30, BLOCK 4244 UNIT 60 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 154 THROUGH 169, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
