Ostiguy, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Patriot Home Funding, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 21 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
