Final Judgement was awarded on August 27, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-054378, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and, luisa m. colina; fernando camejo; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc.; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on this 24 day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 BLOCK 17 UNIT 5 SECTION 33 TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
