APARTMENT UNIT NUMBER I-2, PHASE II, OF CYPRESS KEEP CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, DATED THE 27TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1986, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1883, PAGE 1062, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
