NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed May 29, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-053556 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, JEANETTE MCINERNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANETTE MCINERNEY; TERRAVERDE 3 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRAVERDE COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 105, OF TERRAVERDE 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF ON FILE AND AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1821, PAGES 900 TO 1048, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
