NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-054884, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and CORINA DAQUINO, PAUL DAQUINO, CORAL LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 7055, CORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 12 THROUGH 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
