Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-060402, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via web site www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 5 AND 6, BLOCK 3880, UNIT 53, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 64 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, PUBLICRECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
