NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, Damages and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs filed on May 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CC-1027, in the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ARIS A. NOVA and SANDRA NOVA are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 2, TOWN LAKES PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 68-73, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, a/k/a 8050 Allamanda Court, Lehigh Acres, FL 33972; Parcel ID#: 30-44-27-11-00002.0190.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
