NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 31, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050284 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS J. O'NEIL, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, BRIARCREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 40 THROUGH 42 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
