NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 31, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-062016 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE FOR WMALT 2006-AR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN PARCHMENT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, SIR MICHAEL'S PLACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
