NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-058428 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY7 Trust, Plaintiff and Kathleen A. Grace, Individually and as Personal Representative of The Estate of Richard F. Grace, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 1, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1002, PHASE 10, MONTEBELLO AT MIROMAR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2007000124660, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
