NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 31 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-55564, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KERSTIN GRISSOM A/K/A KERSTIN SHEPHARD, UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LATOYA WEAVER and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CLEO WEAVER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1370, CAPE CORAL UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 97 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
