NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed May 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-053210 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Cameron A. Mercer a/k/a Cameron Mercer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, RICHVIEW, A RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF LOT 1, BONITA FARMS, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 87, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
