NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-016964 Div. K, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Bay Lakes Homeowners Asociation, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Mario Pena and Victoria Pena are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 6 SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page(s) 124, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
