NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-018038 Div. J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Bay Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and James L. Joiner, Susan W. Joiner and GTE Federal Credit Union and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Daniel Smith are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 12, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 10, SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 124 through 131 inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
